Die Casting

The furnaces are individual holding and melting for specific alloy with necessary controls. At present we cast AlSi10Cu2Fe (ADC12), AlSi 12 / AlSi 12 Fe (LM6), AlSi8Cu3Fe (LM24) & AlSi132, Al239, Machines are replaced or upgraded regularly as per IATF 16949 :2016.

We have  High Pressure Die Casting Machines which ranges from 120 Ton to 400 Ton. We produce Castings of weight ranging from 100 gms to 5.00 Kgs.
